Request Timeline

All requests for Ms. Corporate America Queens to appear at events, conferences, or professional engagements must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event for the best chance of scheduling. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 to 7 business days.

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance, as availability varies. Early requests are strongly encouraged.

If an appearance must be canceled, notice must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Appearance Fees
Appearance fees vary depending on the type of event and engagement. Further details will be provided upon request approval.

Additional Appearance Requirements

Accurate event details must be provided, including location, schedule, on-site contact, and phone number.
A designated event representative must be available to escort the Queen(s) upon arrival and departure.
Reserved parking must be provided. (Clear parking instruction is a must)
A private and secure preparation area (not a bathroom or closet) must be available for personal belongings and touch-ups.
Bottled water must be provided for the Queen(s) during the appearance.

Publicity & Marketing Restrictions
All promotional materials mentioning an appearance by a Ms. Corporate America Queen or using Ms. Corporate America branding (logos, titles, etc.) must receive prior approval.
